The
RD 2 wheel is the wheel of choice for BMW enthusiasts
worldwide. Designed specifically for the E46 3 Series, the
RD 2 features a split 5 spoke design that extend all the way to
the outer lip, enhancing the look of the car.
The RD 2 now comes in the new Chromesilver finish at no
additional charge. The regular silver has been discontinued.
The RD 2 is available in 18" and
19". It is supplied complete with all accessories and
the unique personalized Racing Dynamics lug bolts. |

The RS 2 Forged Modular.
|

The
RS 2 FORGED is a an engineering marvel as it is the lightest fully
forged 3-piece wheel available on the market.
We machine the center entirely out of a solid billet of 6061-T6
heat-treated aerospace-grade aluminium. There is not a
single square millimeter of its surface that is not cut on a CNC
machine, so the tolerances are negligible and the wheel balances
like no other.
The 22" rims are reverse mount, so the wheel looks
enormous, and the fitment is spot on for the 7 Series. The
9.5" front and the 11" rear are designed to complement
the newest Pirelli P-Zero Rosso in 265/30 for the front and 295/25
for the rear.
As the entire manufacturing process takes more than 3 weeks for
each wheel, the RS 2 FORGED is available in very limited
quantities, making this one of the most exclusive and unique wheel
in the world. |

The RC 4 Spun Forged Monobloc.
|

The
RC 4 is our spun forged monobloc wheel. A solid billet of
6061 T-6 aluminium is forged into a disc, which is then spread
over a die to obtain the inner and outer rims. This process
delivers the lightest and strongest monobloc wheel architecture
available today.
The RC 4 features 100% CNC machined surfaces for unbeatable
dimensional consistency and balance.
The bowed mesh design anchors the center to 10 equally distant
points on the rim for unbelievable strength and weight
savings. The open mesh design also allows us to clear the
Racing Dynamics Competition Brake System and delivers maximum
cooling of the brake disc.
The RC 4 is available in 8,5j x 19 H2 for both axles. An
optional 10,0j x 19 H2 for the rear axle is available, but
requires extensive rear fender modifications.

The RS 4 Net Forged Modular.
|

The
RS 4 is a forged wheel that features a Net Forging process.
Unlike most wheels on the market, the design of the wheel is
obtained through a sequence of forging processes and multiple
dies. This process allows us to deliver a very light wheel,
fully pocketed in the rear but with a load rating that will
include any vehicle in the BMW Group range.
The bowed mesh design anchors the center to 10 equally distant
points on the rim register ring, for unbelievable strength and
weight savings. The open mesh design also allows us to clear
the Racing Dynamics Competition Brake System and delivers maximum
cooling of the brake disc.
The RS 4 is available in 18" with a reverse contour lip,
and 19"with a standard contour lip design. |

The RS 5 Forged Modular.

Our
latest addition to our line of forged wheels was designed to
maximize the lip size without compromising brake clearance.
The RS 5 features a 2" lip in the front, and a massive
3" lip on the rear axle, without creating any interference
with the rear fender.
The five spoke design is scalloped at the center and at the rim
to increase the optical illusion of having the longest spoke
possible, while still retaining unbelievable strength
characteristics.
The RS 5 is available in 19" with a reverse contour rim
and 20" with a conventional stepped lip. |
